Order Cancellations
You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of purchase. After this, the order enters the fulfillment stage and cannot be changed.
Damaged/Defective Items
Received a faulty product? Contact us within 7 days with photos, and we’ll provide a replacement at no extra cost. Please note, wear and tear or misuse is not covered.
Incorrect Orders
If you received the wrong item, notify us within 7 days with proof. We’ll ship the correct product promptly.
Non-Receipt of Orders
Haven’t received your item within 7 business days? Contact us, and we’ll arrange a replacement. We’re not liable for issues related to incorrect addresses or non-availability at delivery.
No Restocking Fees
We don't impose any restocking fees on returned products.
Returns (Change of Mind)
You may return items within 7 days of delivery if they’re unused, in original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs for "change of mind" returns are your responsibility.
Refunds
Upon inspection of returned items, approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days. Refund times may vary depending on your bank.
Late/Missing Refunds
