Where We Ship

ShopQuik currently ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Delivery Time

All orders ship via DHL or USPS with an expected delivery window of 5–7 business days from the date your order is placed. This timeframe applies consistently across our full catalog — indoor kitchen equipment, outdoor kitchen components, and hearth & specialty fixtures alike.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Larger items (such as cabinetry, fireplaces, and modular outdoor kitchen panels) may ship via freight carrier and could require a delivery appointment; you’ll see the applicable shipping method and cost before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its progress to your door.

Delays

Occasionally, delivery may be delayed due to weather, carrier disruptions, or high order volume. We’ll do our best to notify you if we expect your order to arrive outside the standard 5–7 business day window.
